This Company is fantastic ! They are very thorough and cares as much about your property as you do. My inspector was Robert and he genuinely cares about people, safety, and potential future issues that can possibly cause problems later down the line ( He will inform you of information to the best of his ability making me a far better Landlord.) Quick, responsive communication by email and phone. The website is intuitive — making it easy to schedule on your own. They have awesome availability so you don’t have to wait very long. A great, knowledgeable, informative and caring staff (Ms. Andrea and Inspector Robert were both terrific). Both are extremely professional AND approachable. The inspector gets in, does a very thorough inspection and gets out within a very short time. The report is also received within a day or two...although they have up to 3 days, I believe. I really couldn’t have been happier with their process.
